Leadership
When you achieve your Leadership Badge you undertake a series of
challenges that develop your skills at being a leader. Whether this is by
leading a game for your unit, patrol or district or teaching skills to others
you are increasing your leadership skills that you will use throughout your life
which may become very useful at one stage.
